What the project explored
The project examined everyday uses of conversational AI and the psychological dimensions of human–AI interaction. Its public scope included:
- how people use conversational AI;
- how they assess and place trust in its answers;
- emotional experiences associated with chatbot interactions;
- how chatbots are used to support everyday decisions; and
- broader psychological aspects of interaction between people and AI.

Continuing work
Further research and publishing on Human–AI Interaction, cyberpsychology, trust in AI, emotion and human–AI relationships are being developed within Prompted Psyche.
